Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility at Chadderton Learning Centre. All operations comply fully with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) and relevant legislation. Our Head of Centre serves as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).
If you have an immediate safeguarding concern, please contact the relevant local authority or emergency services directly.
We encourage all schools and families to visit the centre before making a referral. Come and see our facilities, meet the team, and understand how Chadderton Learning Centre could support your young person.

Once agreed, the student completes a formal induction and their personalised Learner Journey Log is set up from day one.
